Paper Presentation Guideline

  1. For Full Paper presentation, 25 minutes will be allocated for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Please keep the presentation within the time limit set.
  2. For Short Paper, In-Use and Special Track Paper presentation, 15 minutes will be allocated for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Please keep the presentation within the time limit set.
  3. Please check in with your session chair before the session in which you are presenting begins.
  4. Please try your presentation in the actual lecture room prior to your session to ensure that your laptop and presentation work on that equipment.

Poster Presentation Guideline

  1. The contents of the posters should be understandable. The figures, tables and letters on the posters should be large and clear enough that they are readable from a distance. Letters in font size less than 1 cm should be avoided.
  2. Your poster should be in 1 page of A1-size paper [594 mm (Width) x 841 mm (Height)]. Orientation of poster is Portrait.
  3. Please include the title of the paper, the names and affiliations of the authors, and the figures and tables in the poster.
  4. Please use thumbtacks to mount the posters onto the display boards. Thumbtacks will be available at the presentation site.
